Opening-season rates will vary by date, season, length of stay, and demand. As a general guide, rates are expected to start around $450/night for weekday stays, with weekends starting around $625/night and peak-season stays starting around $750/night.
Holiday weekends, fall foliage dates, and high-demand travel periods may be priced higher.
Booking direct helps guests avoid extra platform service fees that are often added on third-party booking sites. That means guests may pay less overall, while we're still able to provide the same high-quality stay, amenities, and guest experience.
If you prefer, you also have the option to book through your favorite platform after the private booking window closes.
No. Nightly rates do not include cleaning fees, damage protection, or applicable West Virginia lodging and occupancy taxes. Those will be calculated during the reservation process before checkout.
